Lakis head chef, manager, and creator of The Olive Tree Taverna back in 1984.
Diana my partrener, front of house also creator of The Olive Tree.
Yannis our waiter, married to Fotini is the oldest member of the team, he joined our team back in 1992.
Marika , our chef de partie and the rock in our kitchen joined us a year later back in 1993.
Valentino our grill chef is also married and he joined us back in 2005.
Asadullah my right and left hand man is the guy whoose responsible for our famous lemon cheesecake. he is also married and he joined the team in 2006.
Emma is our newer member. she is responsible for washing up and keeping the kitchen spotless. She joined the team in 2010.
