some amazing smoked garlic paste made by a dear friend of mine Austin in southern France in a little village call Najac, i used some of his garlic puree, local cheese and fresh parsley & marjoram from my garden.
Served tonight @ The Olive Tree with sauteed potatoes & vegetables.
