Winter time, plenty of germs, bacteria etc , we spend most of our time indoors away from
the fresh air, so all kinds of colds are there waiting to attack our immune system.
Here is what you need, tastes good and it’s the best cocktail ever for this time of year.
6 super foods in one cocktail.
Mix in a glass bowl 100 ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice, use unwaxed ones with 2 tbsps ground ginger,
half a tsp black pepper, half tsp ground cinammon, and 2 grated or smashed cloves of garic, give it a good stir until all ingredients are combined well, add 2 tbsps of good honey and stir again.
Cover the bowl and leave it to rest at room temperature for three hours .
Empty in a glass jar and refrigerate until needed.
Now, if you already have a cold you need to take 1 tbsp three times a day until you get rid of your cold.
To prevent any of these unwanted winter illnesses take 1 tbsp first thing every morning before your cup.
Throw all antibiotic chemicals in the bin not inside your body !
